Farrell managed to carry a team on his own for some time but if it ends up Roby trying to do the same with Saints I very much doubt he will be able to do the same...

To be fair Farrell is arguably the best player in SL history to date and that side was the closest I have ever seen to a one (ish) man team in any sport. Roby is not in the same league either as a player or a leader IMO

I read afterwards that he stormed off down the tunnel without acknowledging the saints fans. With an attitude like that (never mind the fact that he didn't get involved in the game until it was lost), the coach should drop him (presuming he's still a RL player this time next week).

He couldn't have cared less last night. He couldn't get the ball out of his hands quick enough half the time throwing stupid passes which get his team mates killed. He offered no effort, no committment and for me 48 hours is too long, if he wants to go now I will gladly drive him.



His attitude towards Gardner for one was a disgrace, it was a terrible pass from him in the 1st place, because once again he couldn't be bothered. Some on our board have said they dont blame him for not trying after the fans booed him! It's well deserved, I don't like my team losing obviously, but when you see players have at least put the effort in, it's tolerable, last night once again he didn't.



I've said before on here I've been told by academy lads at the club he has no heart, couldn't have been clearer last night.

Perhaps it's a psychological thing?



You get a promising kid, who is still far, far from being the finished article, and offer him £200K a season minimum just to play sport, and he's inevitably going to think that he's the best thing since sliced bread.



I thought that Eastmond contributed significantly to Saints' defeat last night - not so much because of what he did but because of what he didn't do - and yet he behaved as if he was the only one who couldn't be blamed.



If I was a Saints fan, I'd be furious to see my club's shirt decried in that way.

In the paper, it has got Simmons slating Eastmond for heading straight down the tunnell at the end of the match.

Possibly he didn't realise he'd done that at first. His post-match comments were fairly respectful towards Eastmond.



Or alternatively, maybe he's now been told for a fact where Eastmond is headed next season.

Either way, I wish Eastmond would make a decision.



I think he was hoping for Saints fans to make a 'Stay Kyle' night last night, and it looked anything but that. Dont get me wrong its a loss to RL when he is the Eastmond of 2 years ago, but at the moment going off last night and the derby at Cardiff - he doesnt wanna no.

Saints looked clueless in attack with him last night, never mind without him!!!
