That's rich coming from a bloke who's never had the courage to put on the boots, pull on a shirt and actually play the game he thinks he's qualified to write about.



Hickey is a far better rugby player than Andy Wilson is a journalist even his present condition.

I could be wrong here Clan, but I think it might have been intended as a joke.

So if you haven't played the game, you can't have an opinion nor write about it?

Everyone's entitled to an opinion but for a two bit hack who knows zilch about what it takes to play the game at a high standard to try and publicly ridicule a player who has is a bit rich.

Thought he went ok. Made decent yards. There were gaps opening all over. What did you want him to do, chase McGuire back 50 yards or carry 5 Leeds players over a try line from 20 yards out.



Give the guy a break and find another fall guy.

Sorry trojan but I cannot agree with you about his performance tonight. He was`nt prepared to drive it in when he first come on the pitch & was passing it on when expected to drive it in, infact this was probably his worst showing so far for us, however it was possibly due to been totally dominated by their pack.

I said he went ok not that he was amazing. I can accept he has work to do and hope he will. It's clear he is trying.



There is something there and hopefully we will see the real Hickey next season.



It must be deflating when games gone and your on for your first stint and the packs already dominated. On a side note yet another consistent performance from Amor. Other than his one misdemeanor of ball retention.

i normally think hickey does ok, but tonight i thought he was poor at best. and he was hardly on the pitch. needs to put in longer stints i think

He is not fit enough for longer stints, the guy looks like a farmer... He has been given a chance and should be taking it IMO. His condition is terrible and either he or the club are doing something drastically wrong about it. He is a full time professional and should be able to lose the weight and get fit. IMO we are a meal

Ticket to an extra year in his career.
