Up until going to Shudds, Huby was starting to come into his own at Cas as a long minutes, ball handling prop.

He's no James Graham but the sort of player that's dropped off the radar and got Wakey written all over him.

Provided he puts in a decent shift in the gym, he'd do fine with us. He looked dreadfully out of condition the last time I saw him play.

He got his testimonial at Cas and then wanted to move on after all the loyal fans had chipped in. Rumour was that he had a chronic back injury and wanted a 3 year deal but Cas were only willing to give him a 1 year deal but at a decent wage. Shudds came in and gave him what he wanted. Leave well alone.

If he's got a chronic back problem,he should fly through our medical procedure then!

I would rather we went for someone else really.



Up to him leaving Castleford, I did rate him, but has become injury prone, and like someone said earlier now looks overweight.



Our props issue for me, is a bit of a concern. FOr a team to progress, you need to replace outgoing players, with incoming ones, are that bit better.



I am not sure we have done this yet.



However, I would like to be proved wrong, and in MC, CC and JK, I trust

quality player, would be a massive step forward for us.

Half the Aussie test pack were as some would say'overweight'.I seem to remember reading somewhere that latest idea was that carrying that extra stone helped to avert injuries in the collision.
