I actually believe O'Connor was worse in his belief about Leigh being in SL.

The sky team at the game today all blowing smoke . Leigh great ground, worthy of a position in S L , great half back s who will probably be playing S L next season. Bloody hell just tell me whats going on , not what you think or would like to happen.

Im pleased that H K R gave them a lesson in the second and stuck it up em. Leigh played well in the first half ,but im not sure that was because Leigh were great , H K R miles off the pace.

A good lesson in why Leigh's freeform, heads-up rugby wouldn't be effective in SL; a decent, well organised SL team, like HKR were in the second half, would do that to them every single week.



They're obviously very good at the level they play at, and have stuck it up a couple of poor SL teams in the process, but they're just not fit or disciplined enough to perform against SL opposition; and I say that in the knowledge that when we played them, we weren't SL quality.



And of course Hock did what he does to every team he plays for - gifted the opposition soft penalties at a crucial part of the game.

To be fair I thought Leigh were great in the first half, but lacked game management in the second half. Their discipline cost them.

HKR were well below standard.If Kelly was out there,he'd run them ragged.Leigh were beaten by a team with no recognised pivots.A shame really
