Was Cooke taken off injured yesterday?

I can't see it given his job and fact that he wants to be with his family but great if true.

The bloke has been on an hiding to nothing, a pivotal position halfway through the season with plyers and moves he did not know, the expectation he would produce the goods, BJ injured, Sam injured no continuaity



Give the bloke a break I would love to see him at 13 next season and the season after, playing out wide he could really make a difference, at the moment there is too much expectation, the people who should be looked at are the ones who decided to get rid of Brough for a few quid, that has cost the club far more that what they got for Danny, coupled with the 20 quid price on the gate both disatrous decisioons imho

Agree, I would def leave Latu out for the rest of the games.

Great news about Rinaldi if true. I guess I'm the only one on here who thinks that if we had a good scrum half working with BJ at 6 we would see a different player in Cooke playing at 13.



Its down to opinions but I feel for Cooke coming into a side that lost its on field leader in Brough and a cracking prop in Tronc. Everyone expected him to take over the role that Brough played and he's not that type of player. He's been playing in a beaten team behind a beaten pack so its pretty difficult to shine.



I think the triangle of Brough, BJ and Cooke would have worked for us but it was never going to be.

saw rinaldi's first game at catalans with no training and we looked a lot better when he was on the field..tll has been more of a liability and is not the kind of ball playing hooker that sam, rinaldi, drew and now broughy are! and also lets not forget james davey!
