The size of the logos on the home shirt makes it look like something from Formula One. When Arsenal did their Highbury shirt, it looked like an old shirt. Ours doesn't and can't say I'm keen. The home shirt looks like a Hull KR away shirt for me.
Will probably change my mind when I see it in the flesh.

Youre never going to get a shirt made on modern material blathered in endorsements to look lik something that was practically a wooly jumper.
I think they look very striking, I'm very happy with the home, but I have to say the Man Cityesque away shirt might be my favourite.

Neck sizes might be an issue again though judging by the amount of hair LG has got through his!!! Not such an issue for me though!!!

I know what you mean but I thought it would look like a old shirt seen as what it represents. Its easy to do a represent a blue shirt with a red stripe on it, what is harder is to do one thats new that looks old and does Belle Vue justice after all these years! |

| To be honest i am disappointed. 
Perhaps unrealistically I was looking to seeing a shirt like the one posted on the site a few days ago. These are nothing like.
Can the club not look into the cost of reproducing our original kit, in the old cotton material with simply the club badge on?
I am sure we would be onto a winner. |

I like them for what they are, but the home one bears absolutely no resemblance to the heritage shirt, which is a bit disappointing; not quite what I was expecting.
There could be an opportunity to produce a genuine heritage wooly jersey, sans intrusive advertising, but I don't know how many people would actually buy them; I would, but that's hardly justification for an expensive design and production process.

Any other year i would have been happy with both the shirts, like you im dissapointed, i understand the sponsors logo's but IMO its "just another shirt" and not what i had hoped for in our last season at BV.
Difficult for the club to balance these things and if plenty get sold then i'll be happy. |
