Does that mean Yorkcourt would be our landlord and we tenant to their rent demands? Sorry to look a gift horse in the mouth. For me, if we are to stay at BV (which is my preferred option) then we should own it, 100%. If Yorkcourt provided sufficient funds for redevelopment and we then agreed to release them from their commitment at Newmarket I would be happy. If you just redeveloped the North and West stands I think the place could look fabulous.

Yep I watched the interview and MC definitely stated that council,developers and club were working together to put together a bid for the ground.Sounds promising. Everything crossed .

I think that's being mooted, got a lot of support on Twitter. Also MC has been putting pics of various fleur de lys based badges and canvassing opinion on them.
This one seems to be getting a lot of love although will need a bit of polishing
