Atkins is a strong lad,but if jowitt had hit him hard he would have knocked him of balance ive said it before the lads support play and ability to catch the high ball is good, but his tackling and positional play leaves a lot to be desired ,ok hes a young kid but in super league if you want to make a specialist position your own youve got to get it right and tackling if your a fullback is number one

I thought that miss was very poor and proved to be the turning point of the game. It was a bit of a slap in the face for all who've been crying out for his return, me included. To be fair though I've seen Grix do similar.

+1 from me, Stevie....I said the other day that I've been disappointed with him. He needs to massively up his game otherwise I wouldn't consider extending his contract. It's time to either put up or pack his bags and head off back to Oz.

Why does he need a year to settle in ? what a load of old cobblers. Lyon, Barrett, Britt, Bird, and loads of others came to SL, and ripped it up big time. A year to settle in, that could be the difference of top 8 or million pound game.
