The reserves need some game time as well !

Correct and some of those reserves may will be playing first team before the seasons over, so it will give them a good run out.

Thats all well and good Al,but surely RA's starting 17 should take priority, and take advantage of bonding/ gelling/playing together. The reserves are a big part of a club like ours but the first team plays a bigger part at this moment in time especially as its a whole new team.

If its reserves playing that surely will affect the attendance.

Should we not get the first team playing together first .

Of course guys we need to run the squad and bond them but we still have another 3 warm up games and they all need a run out.



You would think it will be mainly first teamers in France and Cas with a sprinking of youngsters, maybe a mixed bunch at Batley.



Do you want burn out and injuries before the season starts, imo its been done in the right way but you and others may see it differently.

Last season the reserves had their own friendly games

Entirely agree on the injuries front but professionals burning out in pre-season?

IMHO i believe we need to start the season 100 MPH

True, last season we had a different coach though.

Of course they won't burn out early season but you add 5 games to a season and it will catch up.



Yes we need to start the season well but we don't want a fade out.
