I have wondered if the issue with the monthly payments was as a result of people not honouring their commitments last year. They club only have a small staff and it may be the case that it was just too much grief to administer. |

It would only work if there was a fully automated entry system, where the software could merely refuse entry to a season ticket where payments hadn't been made. As it is, chasing failed direct debits against someone who has the pass in their possession is never going to work. |

HKR have the system in place because at the 8s game away a KR fan was having a right go at the ticket office staff due to a payment overdue,through abuse and his ticket at the poor girl and stormed off a bit embarassing for him and the staff. |

Whoops - I should have kept my gob shut there; I didn't actually buy a ST this year, so I paid on the gate for all the games I attended. That'll learn me. |

They could put a stop on a lost card easy enough apparently, but if the whole thing isn't integrated then it is very admin heavy. I'm sure the club would want to offer this service if it was practical and it ensures money keeps coming in. |
