Richard agar confirmed first team coach at Warrington from November..

I'm pleased for him.

Got to say im surprised at this, he must be excellent at interviews.

The guy is Teflon coated. Anyhow he's Wires problem now.

"Warrington have announced Tony Smith has signed a contract extension with the club, while Richard Agar will become first team coach from next season.



Smith, who took over at the Wolves in 2009 and has steered them to three Challenge Cup victories, as well as the last two Grand Finals, has agreed to remain in his role of head of coaching and rugby for a further two years.



He will have Agar on his backroom staff from 2014 onwards after the former Wakefield coach penned a two-year deal to become part of the coaching set-up at the Halliwell Jones Stadium..."

That job description sounds like head coach in name only

Don't give a monkeys about him getting in at wire its this club Im more interested in hes history.

Good for him. Now lets see what he can achieve with a well run, structured, settled and financially sound club. Something he never had at Wakefield.
