Like I say, have some time off posting, before you lose whats left of your credibility!

No, I wouldn't do that, I just needed to concentrate full-on on something for a few weeks but that is successfully sorted now and, while still being very busy, my time is once more under my full control.



I still have one or two 'tricks' stuffed up my sleeve but obviously things have changed direction for the time being, so if and when they are required, I will let reveal them!

Hang on a minute, firstly you brought up flooding in Methley being a potential problem, which is what the NIMBY's are saying. The fact of the matter is, is that it is not a problem. I just explained that surface water is the major contributing factor to modern flood problems, not foul water or trade effluent, and explained why it was not an issue for Newmarket and/or the ex proposed Eco village.



Of course they produce foul water output, which does indeed need discharging into the foul water sewerage network and need treating... but that has bugger all to do with any flooding and the time of entry to river via a treatment plant is relatively long and strictly controlled. They do wash vehicles but they produce relative little foul water, even developments as big

Newmarket, in comparison to any residential development. Think about the density of people in an housing estate, all showering, using the bath, using dish and washing machine, flushing the loo and think about the density of people in a large distribution warehouses, who only really go to the loo! The truck wash, which will recycle a large part of it's grey water, is not going to make any difference!



It is good job you are in favour, and a good job you are not working as a drainage engineer!

The bit where it says "to happen" means I know it "will". The more likely was in relation to it "happening" later rather than sooner. So do me a favour if your going to try and be clever look at the context of the sentence. Have you worked out the difference between the 2 trusts yet?

So the Wakefield community trust is not a impartial stand alone group set up to get better facilities for the whole of Wakefield, but a sub committee of the Wildcats community trust? Very interesting. You better mention this to Davide.



And what about the rest of my post do you accept in your eagerness to be Mr clever clogs you read my post out of context?

There is a stadium subgroup within the WDCT. As far as i'm away the Wildcats Community Trust is a different entity.

No davide is right I am wrong and things have changed the trusts were set up like I said but have since been reformed. I must keep up to date.
