I agree with Schunter, Myler has him in a head lock, (which is a penalty) and his other arm locking him in, so yes he lifted, no problem with that, he had nowhere else to go, but come on 7 matches is way ott.



Also think Mash was a bit naive with his after match comments on the incident.

The minimum was 6 so they hardly threw the book at him.

When you say he had nowhere to go, he could have just not lifted and turned him with his hips in the air.



Trinity made the case it was a last second reaction tackle which helped reduce the penalty.

Yes you are technically right, but Mylers part in the incident should not be understated, take it he wasn't cited, headlock, grapple call it what you want.

There is no defence for the tackle and you certainly can’t blame Myler who actually did not play act like many. His reaction probably helped our case because if you compare it with the punishment Pryce at Huddersfield received.

I would say ask yourselves how would you feel if the roles were reversed and it was a Leeds forward doing a similar tackle. I doubt you would question the actions of our player if they were on the receiving end reacted how Myler did.

Nope, l'd better go to Spec Saves, looked at it side on and from behind the sticks and nowhere can I see, that Myler had the ball, TC certainly thought Sabalio took it in.

There is a still that shows the ball close into Sabalio's body in mid throw on sky sports rl page.



Anyway its pointless he's pleaded guilty so that's it, done with.

He lost the ball in to Myler, Myler tried to gather the ball at the point of contact with Hugo, He then puts his arms out and makes contact with Hugo, who then grabs and lifts Myler, the rest is pretty obvious. But 100% sure Hugo was not in possession of the ball at the point of initial contact with Myler
