Still think we were better than Wigan first half. Agree we couldn't take advantage of the possession we had but their defence was strong. When Wigan had the ball they couldn't get out of their own half cos we were all over them like a rash. Then they had 3 or 4 consecutive sets on our line and our defence was very good to keep them out.We just couldn't back it up second half for some reason but Masoe at half time said he thought Wakefield would win.

We are now being laughed at by all the other SL clubs.

We really are becoming or have become a joke club,these players and coach's would be bang average in the championship never mind super league.

Very soon it really will be shut the gates and turn off the lights that's the end

Do you expect people to be happy after the start we’ve made? I for one was expecting us to change how we play at least a little bit but once again we have no idea when we get to the oppositions try line. Any other team that had the possession we had in that first half would’ve made Wigan pay.

What about the sieve at the other end? 11 tries conceded in 2 games. All this talk of new coaches and a supposed big improvement. I can take 6 apiece at half time in a tight game. What I can't stand to see is a carry over from the last 2 seasons conceding try after try. We have got to get that right or we haven't a cat in hell's chance.

Whilst we struggled to get over their line when we had all that possession an territory and did indeed look a bit devoid of ideas, I felt we showed a level of intensity not seen for the best part of 2 years in the first 50 minutes and was actually pretty pleased. For whatever alleged shortcomings Wigan had in personnel no one can say they weren't very tough (and sometimes downright dirty) in defence which gives some context to our failure to score more.

That soft Hardaker try took the wind out of our sails and then we crumbled which is admittedly worrying, but for Chester to blame it all on the attitude of the players I can't accept and if I was a senior pro hearing that I'd be wanting to knock his head off. It's such a lame easy deflection of responsibility away from himself. Overall there was no shortage of effort from the players and the buck rests squarely with him in the main for me

What decent side?



We are bottom 2/3 at best.



I genuinely wonder what people’s expectations are of this squad, and why they are so unrealistic.

I think because up until Easter 2019 we were flying pretty high. Most of the players that were doing well 2016-then are still here.

Kind of the point.



This squad is punching if it finishes above 10th in my opinion.



You could employ Craig Bellamy but not see much difference in our final league position.
