I was very pleased with the England win

I really enjoyed watching the way Samoa play the game, hopefully with the pack Trinity have next year Godinet, if he does end up playing interchange hooker, can replicate what he did yesterday for Trinity next year.

Don't think we could do too much wrong in signing samoa's number 4! He looked a good centre and we badly need an out and out centre!

Shame Sir Richard didn't appreciate him. We might have had a full season out of him.

Well, it was a shame Pita got injured and missed several weeks before Tim Smith arrived

Joey Leilua would not come to any team in Super League as he is a top NRL centre for Newcastle Knights contracted to them until 2016.



He's heavier than any of our props at 111kg and probably quicker than most of our backs...

Why was Godinet's injury relevent to Agar? I don't think he was on the pitch at the time and played him in every game he was available for.

Was it not Sir Richard who actually convinced the player to sign for us, but let's not let the truth get in the way of anyones prejudices. He also signed Smith, Ryan and Anderson plus all those we sold that saved the club.

As one of the first of the sack Agar brigade - something I'm proud of though took no enjoyment from - I have to say I always thought Agar a good judge of players over all. Didn't seem to know what to do with them when he got them but I'm a believer that last years side was way better than 11th.



Though an unassuming squad I feel it's potentially one of the most balanced squads in SL for next year assuming a few (and IMHO it really is a few) gaps are filled. The point is that this is still fundamentally Agars team but thankfully no longer has him coaching it.
