Results looking very similar to refund survey. Possible that those who need the refund don't expect to be purchasing next year. Hopefully can be replaced by new members.
Decent end of season and cup run would help.

True but, that possibly cuts both ways with the few that cant/wont renew next season.
If you multiply those numbers out, it just shows the loyalty of the Trinity fans.
