i think everyone needs to realise that the community team at the wildcats do everything they can and work extra hard to put things on like x factor acts to bring new people through the gates. all the money spent on the acts is made back through they hard work on ticket sales aswell as their day to day jobs. people should have a little more respect for the people who do these jobs. no one is saying that the rugby isnt important!

Retail, Commercial, marketing, team affairs, community, Academy, etc etc...If he is to be CEO,

I have no problem with James I have had dealings with him on a number of ocassions... CEO calibre.. maybe one day!



I have an increasing problem with the club being used as a family business.



Also every organisation I have ever been involved with has has a CEO or a Managing Director, to work with the Board of the company... we have both! yet are unable to afford new players... the club have created a management structure that I dont understand in business terms.



Who is in charge and who does the work?

Doesn't the MD handle the day to day running of the business, then the CEO overlooks the MD and everything else?



The FD takes care of the monies (...i'm calling from your bank) which again the CEO overlooks.



Thus, those 3 are the operating board, who work with non-exec directors who advise them on business matters and represent the shareholders.



Then there's the Chairman who sits on the board and everyone has to report to.



Or something like that.
