It would seem that DC is saying the money owed to the Hospice has been paid therefore IMO and possibly legaly, it's wrong to publicly state on a website that Wakefield Trinity still owe the money to the hospice. |

I'd suggest if MC says they have been paid, that they have been paid, or all the good work so far would have been for nothing. I'm sure it's just that the website hasn't been updated.

Where have I said He's been paid?
This is the bit that is suspect:

DC says that the Hospice has been paid, so I think that line on the sites website is defamatory and even if true when originally written it should have been changed when the hospice was paid.
I have great sympathy for the manufacturer/seller as well and hope he recovers his money but there seems to be an attempt to garner support and indignation by including the hospice. Without the hospice this is just another supplier who was shafted by Elston. |

Agreed yes he is but still that's not what he says he said they received no payment from Glover not MC not WTW and as Daddycool says there's two sides to a tale so let's hear it! |
