Ah, so you don't agree that your club being outbid on players by lower league clubs to be a bad thing or that it sets off any sort of alarm bells for you?

Nope it means that the club have a limit on what they can spend and won't push beyond it. Carter has said Trinity have £1.5m cap spend next year. As gutted as I am about losing Walshaw, I'd not want the club to spend what they don't have.

I would be quite worried though If my club suddenly started spending like its going out of fashion and we had nearly gone out of existence twice recently. Oh and I love the £25 season ticket for 0-4 year olds.

The thing is we are not as desperate as you are to sign players'which are not up to standard as proven by the number of ordinary players' signed by your club, when you sign ordinary players' you can pay them ordinary wages which then will allow you to occasionally afford a player with potential, this is clearly the case at Bradford where you have brought players' on the cheap allowing you to offer a deal to a player our club felt was not worth as much as your club did, just hope for his sake there's no more of that liquidation mularky at Bradford

It depends upon the relative valuation placed on the player by the clubs involved.

We may not see Walshaw as being as essential to our squad as Bradford do to him in theirs.

I'll tell you what I view as a bad thing which rings alarm bells for me, a club that's got a track record of delusional spending that has fans who still think it's a good idea for clubs to spend more on players than their budgets allow for.

No alarm bells ringing here. Our chairman knows our spending limits and is ruling the books with an iron fist.

I agree except for the Kear part. That was very early in his career...Agar failed him and I still think that lad will be an international one day

29 players and seven props! Hopefully we'll have the greater quality rather than this quantity as WTW have already stated it'll be a smaller squad.

Lot of players who have to prove they're worth their place in the team.
