1. Don't think you've quite got that right now have you. Perhaps you should pay more attention to what they have "given" you.
2. Players that your club management actually wanted to sign but has now realised they're too dumb to be able to count to 6 quota players.
Now personally, I wouldn't want to see Cas kicked out any more than I would like to see Celtic kicked out but this seems to be becoming a battle of wits between 2 supporters of equal intelligence, who both are making ridiculous statements.

ok lets base SL entry criteria solely on attendances and how many burgers we sell !!! you're a cracker jack you
If we're looking at things, YOU need to look at the league table, and note that Wakefield are above Castleford.
I wonder what the world of 'wakey haters' will shout when we're in our nice new stadium and our attandances are improved...because as it stands, there is one stock chant isnt there ....
"rubbish (commonly replaced with an inappropriate 4 letter swear word) ground, no fans"
apart from a ground, which is being sorted as we speak, and a question mark over attendances, which the community team are improving week on week - note the celtic attendance, wakefield are mixing it with the best of them...
we are doing well in the league and have been all season, our youth development/academy is arguably the best its ever been, the club is attracting new quality players, example shane tronc, the club now has stability, since promotion the club has never been out of SL...
barring the ground which is being sorted, we tick the majority of boxes. All the right noises and all the right actions are happening at wakefield at the moment and the sooner people accept the positives that wakefield have to offer the better !!!!!

| back on to the original topic, something that the cas person can't get his head around (or basic english for that matter) but i have just changed the company that i work for under tupe. i previously had to provide to my old company my identity and supply my passport as evidence that i was a british citizen and entitled to be employed in this country. the new company that i now work for i have had to do the same. these companies are making sure that they comply with the laws of this country.
WHY DID CELTIC NOT DO THIS ? it is applicable to every business in the united kingdom ! to me they have been compliant and should face prosecution as would every business employing illegal immigrants in to this country ! why is rugby league any different ?
CELTIC EMPLOYED ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS IN TO THIS COUNTRY SO SHOULD FACE THE SAME PENALTIES AS TO OTHER BUSINESSES DOING THE SAME !
there is no defence and the club should be held responsible!

I don't get your point here. You had to prove you were British by providing your passport.
They had to prove they were non-British, by providing whatever they had to provide.
So you are asking, why did Celtic not do this.
Not do what, exactly? They would not have had British passports.
Were they ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS when they were first employed. Because that is what you are stating, as if you know this for sure. That could be a libelous statement.
They(some) have, by your reckoning, been ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS(your caps) for 3 years. Earning coin, paying taxes, entertaining crowds and in the public spotlight. In the press every week, and not spotted by our Immigration guys for 3 years.
Whereas some ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS have...etc....etc.....and are still here.
Of course, Trinity/Cas/Saints/Wigan/Hull etc. have done nothing wrong, ever. Well not recently anyroads. Well, not last week.
Still, at least this great RL family we are all a part of sticks together. Which is nice.

| A lot will depend on how the visas are invalid. If they are all invalid on a number of different technicalities, then it may just be that poor scrutiny has let them down. If it turns out that they all pretty much fail on the same or similar more substantial grounds, then the club has some questions to answer, because it is inconceivable that six players can all make the same or similar "innocent" mistake.
I'm not bothered whether there is a club in Wales or not, but now that they are in, as a game, we should want them to succeed. It would be tragedy for all those souls down there who have done the hard yards, and not just scouted a few Aussies with dodgy visas, if it fails because of this.
The RFL have said that they would not refuse registration if the UK Border Agency grants the player a visa, and it is a matter between the player and the Border Agency. But if the visa that lands on their desk is entitled "tourist" or "student", then the RFL is as potentially complicit as the club. If this turns out to be a lot of blind eyes in the name of the sacred cow of expansion, then those who run the game need to be ashamed of themselves, because other thoroughbred clubs lost out to let Celtics in.

| Quote not again="not again"So the rfl have registered 6 players on holiday making visa knowing full well they were not legal.'"
The six players playing in Super League currently have the correct visas. This appears not to have been the case before this season...but can you really believe only one club in one sport would have fallen foul on this loophole?

I know what youre getting at, and i agree...im sure there has been other incidents that have gone undetected with regards to visa's etc , BUT....in a professional era, in a professional sport, the administrators of ALL involved here, SHOULD have made sure this didnt happen - Really we need our own house in order before we go trying to shift the negative attention towards other sports.
