Not apathy in my case. I just tried the link. First option says login or sign up to sign the e petition. I click that..page cannot be displayed. Twice. I of course wish to sign this as the latent precarious state we are in is well known. Advice appreciated

And I just posted it on my FB page and clicked the link to see if it worked from there and it didn't.

Just clicked the link and it works perfectly for me.



After clicking the link you should get "e-petition details" then click "log in or register and sign the petition" which should bring you to the page where you click "register as new user" and then fill in the boxes and register which signs the petition.



If you are getting "page cannot be displayed" then please try again. If that fails, and I'm no "techie", but try a different browser.

The club do not want to post it for political reasons. This is a fans effort, by fans / for fans. We have spread it as far as we can on our own steam and are grateful for the support.



If only we could get that many people to recognise the rest of the work behind the scenes on behalf of the fans and get them to join the ST?

It's a great effort for the ST to get such numbers but I really can't understand the club's stance on this. Political or not it's completely in their interest and they have circa 14000 followers. All they have to do is re tweet and instantly they will have a far greater reach. By not supporting is like shooting themselves in the foot.

For what it's worth I have filled out the E petition.

Let's get the stadium sorted once and for all be it Belle Vue or Newmarket get friends and family to sign petition and get joining the supporters trust it's only a fiver for the year and gives us more clout. Come on let's do this.

Exactly. This is what the Trust is about and issues such as Newmarket.



We need more and more of you to join and some to get involved on the Board in running the Trust. The more we have the more we can do to support the club.

It is an Asset of Community Value - and we are the community.



The club support it, but they have to let us do it.



I am surprised, as someone who has had some involvement in this process, that you are not more understanding of it.



I notice none of the replies suggest support for the ST in any of this - shame really!

Sorry Phil I just don't get why the club can't actively support you and Ian and all the others who work damn hard to help get more signatories to this petition. They are part of this community also, they will be the chief benefactors they have the scope to certainly use their influence to generate more interest on what you're trying to do and ultimately lend more gravitas to it.



Still you're in a better position to understand the inner workings of it all so if your happy with then fair do's.
