| .......known such a complete unity of opinion that the coach just has to go? Most FC fans I know have had enough and think the time for Agar to go is long overdue. I think most people on here will know I'm not usually in favour of sacking a coach but even I have had enough and can no longer support a coach that is basically souring my love of this club. His record must surely be the worst of any coach in SL and if we still had relegation you can bet he would have been sacked by now. Why do the board seem so hell bent on offering up all kinds of excuses for him when they refused to give the same sort of backing to previous coaches? Regardless of the circumstances surrounding the team/club for the past 2 seasons we simply have not performed to anything like the level the resources available should have allowed. He has made basic coaching errors time and again and is clearly not equipped to be the head coach of any SL club let alone one of this size and stature.
So I ask again, can anyone else remember such a complete lack of support for a coach from pretty much all the fans? If so can anyone remember said coach getting the complete backing of the board in such circumstances?

| I can remember the vast majority of fans were glad to see the back of Casey and Walsh.

| I can remember a lot of people been glad to see the back of McRae, Kear then Peter Sharp.
All of which were a lot better than the shambles we have now.
In fact not since Sigsworth left have I known there be a real dissapointmement at losing a coach.

Was just about to mention those two. They were the only coaches I can say I actually wanted sacked.
Until now.

Yes but I could still find people that would stick up for them. In fact I didn't want P.Sharp sacked when he was. I literally cannot find anyone that wants Agar to be the coach next season, yet despite all of this his positiion looks as safe as houses.

I wouldn't even mind Agar being kept in similar circumstances to Lowes at Warrington, with a big hitting head coach making the important decisions.
I feel sorry for Agar in a way, I can't see much of a future for him.

Totally disagree....i don't (and didn't) want him anywhere near the coaching set up at the club...he would be better used as a scout!

| Agar's use of the phrase "we trained well all week" was actually taken from the Peter Walsh Guide to being a Shiite Rugby League Coach
