FC: How much training will you be doing ahead of arriving in Hull, I presume you want to be ready and raring to go when you get here?



MOM: I have been quite restricted in terms of training so far while I wait for the injury to heal, but I have still been able to get a good five days a week in until I get clearance to get hard it again. At the minute I am only doing cardio work, swimming, weights and core. But I feel good, a break has probably done me good and like I say, I am not too far away.





I hope the rest of the squad see training for 5 days as "only"!
