Does anyone have any anecdotes on past Wembley merriment and jest which are safe to publish

Leeds by 6, Sinfield lance odd, I mean Todd.





Or Wigan by 24, Carmont Hatrick pipping Tomkins to MOM.

I'm going, not too many stories all the memories tend to be rather hazy, had some great w/end trips though







I fancy Wigan to win quite comfortably....

I'm going, have done each year since the final moved back to Wembley, always a good weekend. Behind the sticks in West stand this year, which I believe is the Wigan end, so I'll probably be with the happy crowd come 4:30. Wigan by 14 for me.



One downside this year is that apparently Wembley rail station is shut for maintenance so the tube may be more chaotic than ever.

Four of us going again! Think Leeds may spring a surprise and it will definitely be a tight game, want them both to lose to be honest

Will be there but if i had known these two were in the final i would not have bothered. Hard to go to a game wanting both teams to lose

Wigan will do the usual slow the play of the ball down to a snails pace, tackle below the knee and grind Leeds down and win by 15-20 points.



How we didn't beat an average Leeds team and set up a semi final against Cas is still beyond me and still really es me off!



I know the reasons though and that is what makes it so annoying.

Same here, spent the last 10 days analysing who I dislike the least. Still haven't made a decision.





It'll be a Wigan win though, and by plenty. Though it would be nice to see the Wigan walk on that scale!

Got great seats literally a few days after last year's final....bit of a tradition too be honest...whoever is playing....wish Cas had made it, really pains me Leeds are in the final again, especially after we failed to blow them away in that first half of the quarter final.



I know a fair few Leeds fans are not even bothering to watch their team at Wembley after last year's performance...I personally find it staggering but guess they are used to success after all these recent grand final appearances/wins.



So on that note I hope Wigan wipe the floor.

Going down for the weekend on a stag do so tickets were booked ages ago, I'm the same as a few on here though, I don't really want either side to win! Out of the 4 semi-finalists there was only Cas I would've cheered for. Oh well, I'm sure it'll be a top weekend anyway!
