A good move for me, he's a good player and will strengthen us over the tough period coming up where we are going to be short of bodies.



Some might say why not play the youngsters, Bowden already in and we might need to play another aswell as Pitts. Will be tough for them playing Friday/Monday as they are not used to SL so makes sense to add some depth.

Agreed Paul. Gentle's shown he's not afraid to throw the youngsters in but throwing them all in at the same time over such a tough period would be madness. It's good that we can still deal in a professional manner with Leeds despite what's gone on. Both clubs win here.

Agreed a little more experience up front we all want to se the youngsters progress but 3/4 at a time in a busy period may go against us. Good move

Wigan found that out to thier arrogance.

Nothing against him at all however I would rather see 1 of our own youngsters play and perhaps struggle rather than sign Pitts on a loan deal.



It shows a small club mentality to loan players from other sides.



We gain nothing at all from this move.

Disagree I think it is a very sensible move because Hull need fit bodies over the next few weeks.



Its not just about giving young players a chance (because they clearly will get that chance) but it also about protecting the likes of Lynch and Houghton who could be looking at 80 minute performances 4 times in 15 days!!



We need to keep some of the senior players fresh as well as protecting the youngsters IMO.



Only surprise to me is that Mike Burnett hasnt been included or even spoken about recently.

We have an injury situation, and this helps, how is that a bad move? This is a results industry and you can only have so many youngsters on field at the same time before it becomes counterproductive.

Shouldnt a mod lock this till its announced as atm its just a rumour?

Our injuries are not that bad though we have lost O'Meley and Moa fair enough but our squad for tomorrow is strong enough to get a positive result against Bradford.



Against Rovers by all reports Yeaman and Wade will both be back which frees up Turner to move onto the bench and maybe Whiting too depending on who will be playing at 1 against Bradford.
