Now that it is switched to the KC I have a bit of a dilemma . I really want to go to the game but I dont want to give smughill a bumper pay day !! They would only get about 11,000 through the gate at caravan park so why should we give him the benefit of a 22,000 crowd ? What i think we should do is boycott the game and go to the pub and watch it on sky , after all this will be better for the local econemy ! What is every one else thinking ??

It's our home fixture not their's, the gate receipt's belong to us.

Was told at the weekend that the rovers home derby will also be atthe KC and that Hull gave permission only on the basis that we got teh Good Friday game as our home one. Will probably get 6-7k more than the one on a Monday night so £100k+ bonus for the club and rover probably make a decent wedge as well

No source really, just someone who had been told it was why the good friday derby was now ours

Doesn't really affect me too much that they have swapped the venues for the derby games, but could have done easily, I'm sure that there are some fans of both clubs that have made plans/holidays around the fixture and now can't go.



2 or 3 weeks' notice for the switch really isn't on IMO.



Has anyone's plans been disrupted by this and now can't go to our new home fixture on Good Friday? What are the club planning to do to reimburse you of the fixture you are losing out on?

At leaset when Sky change a game it's at the same ground and they usually give you more than 3 weeks notice.
