The worrying thing for me is our great leader never deemed him good enough it was only when the injuries against wire hit us he gave him a run because he had no one else to play the kid got his chance, the guy is a quality player who gives everything everytime he takes the field and was outsatanding tonight

He got a run out against Leeds at thier place and was the best player for us that day and got rewarded with being dropped from the 17 the week after.

Had a cracking game.

Only player who runs his weight, the other forwards all take a step and then stumble forward into a tackle.

Wonder if his impressive displays have changed Agars mind? Get the kid signed on a long term deal! The project ended a long long long time ago!

I will give Dowes a bit of credit for being the only player challenging a kick at one point.

IMO Dowes does try but he just isn't big enough to cause the opposition any real problems. Cusack is a big guy but well past his best. Luakai is just lazy and does the bare minimum.



Sam has improved with every month he's been here, he's a credit to himself and proves if you knuckle down and work hard you will reap the benefit.

I don't dispute Dowes effort either, he always tries, but SL has moved on, some of the centres are bigger than him now

Good game by Sam tonight, always gives his all, also thought Horney and Berro had decent games, Dowes is average as is Cusack, but suprisingly im not too gutted, its what ive come to expect watching Hull, some highs mostly lows, im just so used to it, and imo until the coaching personell change, this is whats to come for a number of years! get used to it people

Agreed. I think people really need to wake up as far as he's concerned, he just isn't very good.
