Two more players being looked at but no signings "in the bag". AP never mentioned anything about the 6 in the bag that he couldn't announce and we won't have anything to announce until two or three weeks.
I'm starting to feel very let down and can't help thinking that we've been promised a hell of a lot that hasn't been delivered and that isn't even being mentioned anymore.
Internationals and exciting signings are not, on the whole, what I can see and it seems that we've conveniently added Watts and Pitts to the "new signings" in order to bolster numbers now.

What do you mean 'conveniently added'? They have been really good additions to the squad and will be better for it next season having played the majority of this season with us. |

What I don't understand is why we're all getting het up about who's the 'new' and who's the 'actual new' etc?
I'm just hopeful that we will add a half and whoever else Gentle feels we need. I can guarantee there will be whingers, no matter who we sign. |

No, I've never said that.. I've always said that I'm happy with the signings made so far, certainly not ecstatic but defiantly Optomistic that we can do a good job and hope and expect us to do well.
All I'm guilty of is getting a bit excited at the thought of getting Chase and to be disappointed that as yet he or similar has not been signed. Therefore if that makes me a whinger and moaner so be it!! |
