It's a tragedy, I adored him. I think Fitz was probably a huge steadying influence and role model for him. They certainly seemed to play for and compliment each other. Without Fitz, he's just carried on straight off the rails as the Hull train turned it's massive corner.

sadly there seem to be one or two players at the club who prefer life under an 'easier' regime, where trips out don't get cancelled and extra training as a punishment for poor play dosn't happen. as someone once said, when the going gets tough ...

If this poor run of form helps identify the players you are referring to from the ones that are prepared to graft and work then it can only be a good thing.



Any player that doesn't want to be here or work hard should be shown the door, regardless of who they are.

The way he left the pitch injured against Leeds was odd. He carried the ball in, took a decent hit from JJB, got up and played the ball as if he was fine and then walked straight off the pitch.

Played great for us for 2 years in 10 & 11, hope he is fit and playing great again soon

Came here as a top quality former SOO prop, leaving as a poor man's Neil Baynes.

Shame as he was very good in his first two years, and even despite his weight showed he is still and great prop against Leeds.

He maybe , But I doubt that all the games he's missed this season are due to injury .

Wow like the running out of steam against Wakey and end up taking a beating, perhaps its not the players but the conditioning etc that needs a real look at.
