We still have no backup at 7 or 9.
The talk of the club splashing out a six figure fee, for Westerman, is nonsense IMHO, it was Berrigans salary that paid the fee,
Phelps will be waiting at the most ,12 weeks for a visa.
Do fans realistically think, we will reach the 6 this season??
Personally, I think we have no chance!!! |

I still think if we are blessed on the injury front our squad is good enough to finish top 4

I agree we need at least 2 more imo. However on paper we have a very good squad, our forwards match any-ones. If and it is a huge if we manage to get 75% out of Longy we will improve on last season, also if Turner makes a good job at 6 this will also help define our season. We actually have improved on creative players imo with both Phelps & Westerman, the key is playing them in their correct positions! Also we start the season with 2 decent wingers which is a luxury considering we had the issues with Raynor and the injury problems with Calders. But like you say on such a light squad injuries may define our season. |

We should blood the youngsters ..Other top teams do it Leeds/Wigan/Saints they bring the young ones on I would like to see Williams have a go with fit players around him

We have 14-15 good players the rest are average. Which is why we'll be pushing for 7th 8th not a top 4 finish which some chumps on here think. |
