Not sure I understand the Sure Broadband business model to be honest.
They seem to cover the same area Karoo has good connection speeds (generally for).
They are more expensive than Karoo, and offer similar speed.
You have to pay a significiant amount for installation of Sure, Karoo is free or alternatively a very large sum up front.
It doesn't replace your telephone line, which you still need to have or sign up to a VOIP service which would probably put your combined line rental at about the same as Karoo, but with the outlay I have set out above.
On top of this, KC is very likely about to start a roll out of fibre optic which will blow the speed of Sure Broadband out of the water.
I can see that it might be a good choice for a few people, mainly those in range of Sure but far from a telephone exchange, but enough to maintain a business? What am I missing?
