They are professionals being paid to do a job, regardless of whether the supporters are behind them or not. The coaches should be putting belief into the players not the supporters.

Everybody is entitled to an opinion and i dont disagree with anyone who says were playing terribly this season, however whats to say we don't turn it around and finish the season strongly?

They look beaten as soon as they walk out the tunnel, and with Agar publicly criticising his senior players, I can't see that altering. Players have no faith in their coach and coach has no faith in his players, I can't see it been turned around any time soon.

To be fair I think if we had a top coach things wouldn't improve greatly.



Too many of the squad are either finished, average or just out of there depth. The only way we will move forward is by a clearout of the playing staff.
