Did okay tonight, was an average performance, some solid hits in defence but his attack wasn't its usual self. Good kicking aswell, don't think they was any need to kick them as high as he did though

I don't have the answer to that and i agree with you regards Briscoe. I just don't buy the "bullying" "scapegoat" rubbish.

Hall's constant looking for the intercept nearly cost us on several occasions. He's a liability in defence. I am alone in thinking that I'd prefer Whiting's common sense and all round game in the centre with Hall's pace out on the wing?

Have you ever seen a real centre play?



I don't mean a frustrated 2nd rower like Yeaman or Senior, I mean a real centre. Someone who has a turn of speed, is swift of foot, can come off either foot and is always looking to put either his winger away or turn the ball back infield.



what do you expect a centre to do?

Bit unfair IMO to single out Hall for criticism , as there were quiet a few others not performing , the ineptitude of Wakefield certainly helped matters.



The half back combination of Horne and Washbrook - although no where near your first choice - was anonymous.

If ever there was a game for the experienced Richard Horne to step up , this was it , but failed to do so IMO. Is it time to get rid of him too?
