i agree with that in the sense that if the pivots are working (and not out injured) then we have the ability to win games. however with a slightly injury-prone half-back combo then it is frustrating to think we could do better with Washy/Whiting at 13 to add a bit extra in attack



having said that, it's not good to change the dynamic of the team each week to compensate for injuries



i would be in favour of playing washy/whiting at 13 for 2011 and it also saves money and a quota spot

i remember - he had a very good season but had a few niggles to address which would no doubt be rectified with game time and a little more experience but IMO he still has that potential

I hope we can keep Fitz next year tbh.....



A lot depends on who we sign for me, it is paramount that we get settled h/backs, I would be tempted to move Tansey there and move Whiting to full-back..

I favour an extra forward at 13 so if Fitz did go I would buy, I am not impressed with Washy if I am honest

A possibility, however he didn't do any-thing special in the h/back roles, however he is settling nicely at centre, good tackler and strong offence...maybe in time with more experience.

when he signed for us the debate was LF, stand-off or centre...i think he said his favourite was 6 or 13

Turner needs to show a lot more to get in the team, defence is poor at times and isnt doign enough in attack, next season he improves or is a squad player.

I do not think his defence is poor tbh...it is a massive improvement of Halll's

Slightly better but still not good enough IMO.





On this seasons form neither player should be in the 17 when all fit.

the thing is, even if Turner was showing some form; i'd find it hard to believe he is going to play at LF in this season or next. more like the centres and the slight possibility of a run at 6 or 7



some people on here seem dead cert that Agar will play his style of LF
