Long wasnt in the game last night but he was behind a pack that were bullied from the 1st minute of the game.



I'm more disappointed with our superstar forwards getting bullied.

I actually thought you guys made good yards through your forwards, yes we tackled well but still thought you made easy ground.

I would argue that fact.If neither played for a Hull club,I would still personally prefer Long. (If both were equally in their prime.)

But its all down to opinions.

Our forwards were as ineffective as i've seen them. We lost the game up front.

Will have to watch the game on tv, from where I was sat it didn't look like the forwards where the problem.

We did. Getting from one end of the pitch to the other wasn't the problem. The issue was finishing it off. Long was poor and looked like a player who had played once in 3 months and with Horne at fullback it really disrupted us.

Oh yeah I remember that trophy Dobson won for you, erm, when was it again?

I mentioned on another thread, losing Hall was a very big disruption and was possibly a huge turning point in the game.

And Long has won what exactly for FC?

That right just the same now answer me this who has been the better signing, e.g the best SH.

Dobson has done more for Rovers than Long has for Hull, course he has. But, if what matters is winning trophies then neither of them have achieved anything. Yesterday was your grand final.
