If Ray and Avril are up for it then can I suggest we organise a closing bash, I know many people who will also shed a tear when it closes for the last time, January is a fairly flat month normally anyway so a "farewell to Charleston" might just lift the mood and be a good start to pre-season.

The place was looking 'tired' about 25 years ago......but its still a fab 'salt of the earth' place to have a party/wedding/charity doo. It really does need a severe makeover and it would be great to see this happening......if plans change!
But the buildings immediately in front of West Park have needed flattening for years and have been a real eyesore since the KC opened (ask any away fan)....so just for that reason...bring it on!
