Well that as well. Seem dogged by injuries every year. Say something about your recruitment? Long was supposed to be the big name and the player who everything was based around yet he's missed a fair bit of rugby this year.

In reality people have to look at what they expected of us this season. Leeds are the best team in the competition and were at pretty much at full strength today on red hot form. As some of you allude to we finished 2nd to bottom last year, we're not going to go from there to league champions in one season.

Injuries have played their part, we've had more than our share. Our recruitement in 2007-2009 was largely shocking but better this season.



The common denominator is having a National League standard coach.

Indeed, a new two year contract announced 8 games into the season on April 1st. You couldn't make it up, really.

Well in that case, you lot can live in hope it was the single biggest April Fools prank!

What amazed me about this match was not that Leeds are a superior team, which we know they are, but we seemed to have learned absolutely nothing from the hammering we got last week, in fact we actually looked worse. Leeds support and offloading game is second to none, yet when Horne made a break no one was was within 20m of him, and trying to play an expansive game 20m from your own line in a last gasp attempt to save face just ended up with a knock on. I'm just curious as to whether Agar actually watched last weeks video of the game and devised a game plan, as defensively and offensively we were clueless for the majority of the game. As for Manu, I'd be thinking, what the hell am I doing here.
