Pearson and Peter Wilkinson made more than enough from the sale of City in 2007 and Derby in 2009 to afford to buy Hull FC.



He's denied more than once that the Allams are involved. If people chose to think he's a liar that's up to them.

What you actually said was the previous regime have tried to sign rangi chase a few times and failed. This is the current regimes first attempt and they have suceeded. I'll find it later when I have time. And Barmby isn't an investor unless you can prove otherwise I mean unless writing fact counts

It's entirely possible, of course, that Barmby has invested in FC without taking a shareholding. See Assem Allam at Rovers, and to some extent Rob Crossland who reportedly puts a lot of money in but has a very small shareholding. Investment and shareholding aren't necessarily the same thing. FC won't be paying out dividends any time soon anyway due to cumulative losses.

Allam is definitely not involved with Pearson so far as Hull FC is concerned.



However I woudn't rule out Pearson selling the club to Allam at some time in the future, for a tidy profit of course. When Pearson comes to sell, which he will, Allam's money will be as good as anyone else's.
