This thread is the reason one of my best Wembley experience was losing to you. I had a great day and your fans were class. If only St helens could be 10% of other clubs.

Better team won on the day, so fair play.
Think our recruitment/ retention has come back to bite us at times, and think we’ve overachieved already this year.
Hopefully our new recruits will give us some go forward next year.

Its more from frustration but he is correct to say what he is saying.
At one play the ball in our own 20 i counted 9 Hull players in a bunch
Another play in our 20 we had Kelly take the second carry and Sneyd the third carry.Whats that all about?

I said last week Connor not doing enough but to bench him in such an important game rather than just move Griffin to starting second row was a poor decision.
Surely Radford could see how light we were in the second row and on the bench.

Absolutely we just had a few things go against us today which told in the end. Two missed kicks by Sneyd and two mistakes leading to tries. Hardly need to overhaul the squad or point fingers at the coach.
Some very very bitter losers on this forum. |

The reality is we made 3 errors that they scored from. Even with a perfect game plan that sort of execution will do for you in a semi final against a team above you in poor conditions. Doing well to keep putting ourselves in semis and finals. Hope we can make the play offs now and it will have been a decent season. |
