Warrington wanted it a little more than us.
They pushed up when we had the ball,but we weren't able to do the same.
Full credit to the Wolves, we weren't quite at the races today.
Which Warrington now having acup final distraction, we should be pushing for that 2nd place spot.

I agree. Given the relative attendances and income from merchandise etc we are on a par with Saints, Wire etc. How Wire and Saints consistently have a more expensive squad is a mystery. We won't be able to challenge until this is rectified. Maybe it's time for Pearson to sell to someone who can realise the potential of the club. |

For me , we are batting above our average with the squad we have , we may somehow get to a a grand final with a bit of luck and brilliance. If so happy days . But next year will be a different story , with a different team hopefully!

It's not really a mystery as such. They both have wealthy benefactors and use the marquee rule. If you know of someone of Simon Moran's wealth keen to pump money in I' m sure AP would welcome a conversation. |
