Bit like Rovers failing to comment about "piegate" in the hope it would be buried this week. The RFL are reviewing the piegate ejections, but they did that after "lightergate" and we never heard anything about that. Best hope there are no suspended penalties, I suppose.



I fully agree with you about the alcohol bit. Seems that beer overconsumption and spillage in the stands is a highly irritating factor for very many of your fans as it is for me. At some point clubs are going to have to face into it, hopefully it won't take a major incident to force the issue.

Not interested in the petty FC v Rovers whos baddest arguments, this is a serious issue the club needs to get hold of. There is no doubt we have an element of morons who follow us.Not interested in other clubs they can sort their issues out. Last friday at Salford i had the misfortune to be standing in front of three of the foulest mouthed idiots ive ever seen at rugby OR football. I was with a friend who follows another club but wanted to take our game in. I was embarrassed. The rest of the support was amazing and a credit to the club, city of Hull and Yorkshire. These three [ to the left of the sticks if they are on here but i doubt they can read gave a torrent of abuse for 80 minutes to the officials, Salford players, anyone.And before anyone says, why didnt you move, it was pretty wedged in there. Plenty of people with kids round these idiots but no one spoke up, probably expecting a load of effs and jeffs back. Im not from Hull but im a season pass holder who goes home and away.One of the reasons i fell in love with supporting this club was the knowledge and passion for Rugby League the people of Hull show [ both clubs I think we have the best fans in the land.But we need to get rid of the element that tarnishes this club too. Hope Adam Pearson takes note.

Before anyone takes the moral high ground, let's at least give Rovers the same 12 days it took Hull to investigate & comment on this particular issue.

Not quite the same though is it? The trouble at Warrington made the press. There had been no reports of the incidents at the KC until Hull issued their statement. I was in the South Stand and was unaware of any trouble until yesterday, same as most posters on here.



Rovers could easily have issued a brief statement by now saying that investigations were underway and that they would co-operate with the authorities. To not do so could give the impression of the club hoping the story goes away.

78 weeks since Lightergate, perhaps you could link Rovers statement on findings and actions; there was an RFL investigation IIRC. Cheers, at my age you can be quite forgetful.

Hey I'm with you on this - just pointing out that Hull had 12 days to investigate and comment on this issue.

Rovers are obviously aware of this and hopefully going to do something about it.

But seeing as this is Rovers and going on past incidents, I doubt there will be any comment/statement made within the next week.



Just at least give us a chance to do nothing, before comparing yours and our yet to come 'investigation/comment'

Tell you what, the other forums must be having a laugh at both our expenses. Cant wait till we are bitching about whether your challange cup victory is better than our grand final win or visa versa. My 78 week jibe had no bearing to my reply to 'ComeOnYouHull' - as doesn't 'lightergate' specifically to this incident.

Just because nothing came from us then, doesn't automatically mean nothing will come from us on this incident now.



As said, just give us an equal chance to do nothing before people start comparing Hull's statement/outcome - to our 'as yet to be made statement/action' etc.
