Since they purchased the club for £200m and are only willing to sell for £800m I'd suggest they are laughing pretty hard.

How much profit have they made and how much debt will they pay off out of £800m?

The Glazers have a production line of braindead idiots ready to take the place of any Manchester United supporter with there club at heart who is willing to boycott to make a change, and are willing to pay over the odds to do so, as much as they would love this to be the case our board would have no choice but to listen to the hardcore support, or they would simply not make any money.



Not that the two situations are comparable though anyway, I think our board are cutting corners especially with the coaching staff and maybe playing staff, but off the field the club is run very well and we are definetely not being screwed anything like the situation at Manchester United.

Regardless of weather they sell for 800 million or not, I supsect Hicks and Gillett will walk away with a tidy profit without investing a single penny of there own money into the club, but like I said regarding Manchester United the two are not comparable, Liverpool and United have massive revenues from other markets rather then just season ticket holders and matchday tickets, Hull FC do not.

Indeed, they've even been quoted as saying if they sell it'll be the most profitable deal they've ever done. It's not even true to say Liverpool supporters have forced them out, they'd have sold for that price they day after they bought the club if someone had offered them it. As you say though the two situations aren't comparable, if FC fans decide to stay away there aren't people from around the world queing up to take their places so it would really hit the club in the pocket and force them to stop insulting us with their pathetic choice of coach. Staying away is far more effective than any kind of half-d protest involving at best a few hundred fans. I made the decision to not attend any more home games the day Agar got his new contract.
