He has indeed old_faihful. He also has a job in the nrl (and s successfully perslonnel fitness company) I don't think he'll coach again.



Why would he?

I think he'll retire soon and Bennett will be at Souths next year. I liked the way the Raiders played last season under Furner.

It was only 5 or 6 months ago he said in an article that he wanted to become a head coach again, and would consider an offer if an approach was made. I'll try find it.



As a former Premiership winning player and coach, do you really think he can just play out his days under Sheens as a conditioning coach? I dont. Especially when Wests are playing finals football. That must give him the motivation to give it another go.

I thought he'd announced it anyway,Langs use of the bench is as baffling as agars.



I'd be amazed if Bennett coaches souths, have you read his book.

Furner is a good young coach who has done very well in his short time as the Raiders head coach. It's great to see the Canberra board have some faith in him and reward him with a new 3 year deal.

I think it will be only a matter of time before Steve Price of St George gets offered a first team deal. Maybe the board should take a look at him.

daniel anderson would be a fantastic option but theres plenty of coaches out there that would love the oppitunity to coach a team like hull
