There is a major culture at leeds from academy teams up based around being the best you can at all times in everything you do. The structures there support and develop the culture. wigan is similar but I don't think we have the financial clout to fully emulate it, however there is certainly a level way above what we are currently achieving. There are still significant limitations with our squad who are nowhere near those of the top clubs but with the right approach from everyone we would be much better than we are now.

The players you list all have their talents (Horne and Yeaman clearly in the twilight of their offerings) but none of them have the ability to impose and affect the direction of a game like Sinfield, Burrow, McGuire, Briers, Walsh, Brough, O'Loughlin etc. It's an on-field general we need of that I have no doubt

Miller was a marked man on Sunday, every time we tried to open up space for him the Wakefield defence rushed in and around him. Feel like he is being made a bit of a scapegoat.
