You mean "proper" scrums like in Union? In the Times this morning it was reported that in two recent internationals there were 34 scrums with 33 "collapses" and 23 of them having to be reset.In these instances the scrums took up,wait for it.............19% of game time. After all that touch engage nonsense the two front rows crash into one another and the scrum half then feeds his own feet. There has not been a scrum against he head at this level in about 7 years! Lets accept that the scrum is our game is a method of restarting a game and leave all the macho nonsense to Union, I know what I prefer!
