Isn't the clue in Peter May stepping down from the Board coupled with how Rovers increased its authorised share capital.



As far as I am aware the new director(s) (if there's more than one) won't affect the decision to go with a reduced SC, but who knows even that might change.



The time is ripe for a new face (and new investment) and new ideas because the NH/RC ones are tired and exhausted (just like they seem).
