It's not the main talking point at all, it was raised as a question and answered all within a few minutes. The points PAC has raised are all well and good and I agree in part with clamping down on that, however, that isn't what was raised at the forum. They said it (the cockerel sound) annoys them and turns people away. He's done it for at-least 1 full season and the first anyone mentions it was following the Wigan friendly.



Pass sales are disappointing, it's common, though. We're not the only team falling short of last years sales. Like yourselves, start the season well and hopefully make amends with people paying on the gate. They also went on sale very late, most will have spent the money elsewhere, perhaps?



North stand not going to be ready this season (barring last 2 games where it's hospitality functionality will be tested), now, didn't I read somewhere that the seated area will be complete and open before the build is complete? In the forum they alluded to hospitality, the boxes and restaurant, not being available. I take it the seated area won't be ready either?

yeah i asked a couple of follow up questions in regards to the pass sales towards the end... and Mike Smith gave short answers and then a change of subject... however he at least answered them

Pass sales are down at every team, I'd imagine. Just a fact of life at the moment.



So isn't the West stand part of the build going to be completed? Seems strange as it's been protected from the weather for some time. I remember AS commenting that it wouldn't be a problem now.



Having stood in the East stand for the England game, for me, I'd be more put off by the idiots that fail to see you have young children and still decide to stand bang in front of them, instead of some guy making cockerel sounds.

Yeah, I don't like the wall of people that stand at the hoardings either, you miss anything on the nearside touchline and can barely see the nearside of the pitch at both ends. Ideal if they play the whole game down the middle and/or the far side of the pitch.



Someone should mention this. Move them, ban them.

I haven't heard Captain Cockerel but in general I quite like some of the loopers we have, Rex The Dog and Mr. Incomprehensible are my favourites.

I can't help but think I'm missing out on the match day experience.

What do people think the club are going to do about it, if all nutters were banned from sporting events in Hull there would be some pretty low gates!

The Monster Raving Looney Party should do a recruitment drive in the East Stand. Some of the major oddballs are the ones who have always been there, and they are harder to pick out since SL.



Big Bird was my favourite (so called becaue he spent the entire match loudly counting tackles, each one pronounced in a more excited fashion). At least twice a game he would lose count and shout "how many's that ref, seventeen?".

People are getting their pants in a twist over the contract, worried about Huddersfield. Is this really a problem? The way I see it, he progresses and becomes the player we hope, do we really believe only Huddersfield will be interested? What about Wigan? Tomkins will e playing Union by then, surely. May also link back up with Brown at Saints.
