this is one of my fav replys yet very funny

dreadful crowd at Wakefield, they rarely make the playoffs so you'd have thought it'd have been a 'must see' game for their fans



to put into context we took 4k to Knowsley Road on a friday night in the 2006 playoffs, and i'm sure Rovers would do the same.

Aside fom the 'debate' about Mrs B's qualifications , the crowd at wakefield was pretty poor.

A small number of Catalans supporters did make it , but the home support was not there.

Stevo and his sidekick were trying to 'big up' the occasion of it being knock-out rugby but failed IMO.



The crowd I suppose does reflect the general attitude to KO rugby , especailly at the earier stages. The CC attendances only showed some marked improvement with the discounted ticketing offers.



Stevo and Eddie remind me of that pair in Mad Max 3 - Thunderdome - the little annoying guy on the big blokes shoulders.
