Hull were in control against cats and should have won by at least 20 but ended up nearly blowing it and pre season means nothing as cas beat Bradford by 60 and a week later it was a pretty close game for 70 mins

I think to say you'll win by 30 is a bit outrageous - though there's nothing like backing your team

I certainly don't anticipate a one-sided encounter, but it only takes a little bit of bad-luck, a sprinkling of ill-discipline and a handful of errors for a game to start spiralling away. And then a team chasing it has to then take risks. Of course that cuts two ways and you might, by the same logic, stuff us.



I honestly don't think fans should be too concerned about [ithe odd[/i blow-out scoreline. They happen to most teams - it's when they become routine that it indicates a more deep-seated problem. We probably shouldn't get too carried away with one big win, by the same token. But we always do!

I see what you mean completely, although I think the days of either our teams not showing up are behind us - we both seem a lot tougher and are aiming a lot higher.



Likewise, we absolutely mullered Catalans last week - we missed 4 kicks and had 2 tries chalked off, as well as bombing a couple more yet still scored 32. The mood is high but if we play averagely this evening then HKR will be the proud owners of 2 points.

It was a bit tongue in cheek to say we will win by 30 it's just you can never predict what's going to happen with us these days last week at half time I was hoping we could keep it below 50 and look what happened so I wouldn't be surprised if we or you won by 30

At this point in the season, I will be very happy with a win. It doesn't need to be pretty or by 30 points, I will take 12-10.

our weakness is our inability to tackle. 81 missed in 2 games is shocking and the reason why well never challenge the top sides consistently. This season we were meant to be a new look team with better defensive players but nothings changed, well continue to leak tries left right and centre

In which case good luck out wide with Mr Carney, he's been absolutely ferocious so far this season.
