The pass from Dobson to Webster wasn't forwards. The King pass to Clarke was. King was on the 20 when he passed it and Clarke caught it about 14 metres from the line.

Briers would have got a drop goal from the last scrum if the Rovers timekeeper hadn't seen fit to disregard the referee calling time off. Never mind.

Correct, BUT the referee called time off before this and the timekeeper disregarded this instruction. Warrington should therefore have been able to feed the scrum, had good field position and with Briers lined up had a good chance for a drop goal. IMO. As Robbie Paul said on the commentary "The timekeeper has definitely got a red and white jersey on"icon_wink.gif

Despite our general crapness in the last couple of seasons, we have actually scored one or two tries just as good as any on display in today's game. The odd shining light in a sea of drabness.
